first off.... you find distraction.... and that distraction has got to be bigger, better, badder, and... buffer! and you find that distraction, and you sit around topless, pondering life....

...if that doesn't snap you out of your funk, you can go hang out outside.... get a little sun and work on that magical tan...

....but if you're not in the mood to sit around for hours, or if you've got too much energy stored up, just waiting to be exerted... just take up a sport.... soccer.... football... skateboarding... tennis?

...and nothing clears your mind like a nice, long car ride in the countryside...

...and once you're there, find a locally run boutique and go ahead and try something new on.... we could all use a nice, new shirt to help ease the pain.

but if all else fails here's what you do:

When I was 21, I went on tour with a circus. At a stop in Minneapolis, I met a girl named Gwenevere. She pulled me aside, shoved a canister of butane up her pussy, and lit it on fire. My mind was blown.

Five months later, I returned to Atlanta with my new skill in tow. I moved into Die Slaughterhaus, which at the time was putting on a ton of house shows. One day everyone who was over was tripping on something, and I decided to do it to freak them out. Everybody liked it so much. Around the same time, my band Motherfucking Turrets got back together, so I started burning American flags with my pussy fire at shows. And that’s how it all began....

Woman killed by laptop in Surrey crash

Police in Surrey, B.C., are warning people to secure their belongings while driving after a young woman was apparently killed by her laptop last month.

Heather Storey, 25, of Delta died after the small car she was driving was hit by a tow truck turning left.

When investigators looked into the incident, however, they concluded she would have survived if not for her laptop computer.

Storey was on her way out of town for work at the time of the accident and usually kept her laptop in a backpack in the backseat, according to her brother Michael Prat.

"What we believe happened [was] that she was struck in the back of her head and neck with this laptop computer," RCMP Sgt. Roger Morrow said Wednesday morning at the Surrey detachment, east of Vancouver

"She simply didn't have it secured within the confines of her car, and ultimately it has been the instrument of her death," he said

Her brother and mother also spoke at the detachment, warning others to take precautions to avoid similar preventable accidents.

"We miss Heather a lot. There is a whole lot to talk about, but I think mainly we're just trying to address the issue of, maybe, try not to keep stuff that can get airborne or hit you, just because your family, and people that care about you, really will miss you when you're gone," said Pratt.

WACO, Texas – Police said a fight over flatulence left one man stabbed and another facing an assault charge. A statement Wednesday said police were called to a motel where several men from the Houston area were sharing a room. Police said a 35-year-old man allegedly passed gas in the room Tuesday night.
Police said one of the other men became upset, picked up a knife and threw it at the 35-year-old man, who was cut in the leg. The suspect was accused of then stabbing the man in the chest.
The 35-year-old was taken to the hospital and police said he was treated for non-life threatening wounds.
The alleged attacker was arrested and faces an aggravated assault charge.
